  1. To prepare a delicious cake of zucchini rub on a large grater.
  2. Tip: it is very good to use young squash.
  3. Grated zucchini we shift to a colander, to make them glass all liquid.
  4. Onion (for a very tasty cake of zucchini I used large bulbs), we remove from the husks, and we chop and chop it.
  5. We pour the sunflower oil on the frying pan and send it to the stove.
  6. Shredded onions are shipped in a frying pan to the preheated oil and fry it over medium heat until soft.
  7. Fresh carrots (I have a large carrot) is cleaned and rubbed on a large grater.
  8. Grated carrots are placed in a frying pan to the onions, everything is well mixed and fry until soft carrots.
