  • 300 grams of young white cabbage;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 50 grams of green dill;
  • 100 grams of green onions;
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 2 tablespoons kefir;
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • 1 dessert spoon of sugar;
  • 0.5 teaspoon black ground pepper.

Very tasty spring cabbage salad. Step-by-step recipe

  1. Very thin shred cabbage (you can replace it with Peking or any other, for your taste) with a special shredder or knife.
  2. Grind greens (onions, parsley, green onions - for your taste).
  3. Mix in a deep bowl of cabbage and greens.
  4. Very juicy (this is a prerequisite), carrots are rubbed on a fine grater and sent to a bowl with salad.
  5. We cook our spicy sauce: mix sour cream in a separate bowl (preferably use homemade or with a high degree of fat content) with kefir (I have 2.5% fat content), salt, sugar, black pepper (or a mixture of peppers) and Dijon mustard.
  6. Council. Dijon mustard can be substituted for any other, but with Dijon delicious.
  7. All the ingredients of the filling are mixed thoroughly.
  8. Fill with spicy dressing our spring salad. Thoroughly mix.
