Once, while visiting me, I tried a dish with raw mushrooms - it was a very tasty salad with champignons mushrooms. Light salad is prepared quickly, but it turns out - inexpressibly delicious. A lot of fresh, crunchy vegetables, sharpened sweet and sour gravy - a wonderful addition to the daily meal. Ingredients:

  • fresh cucumber - 1 piece;
  • carrots - 150 grams;
  • champignons - 150 grams;
  • onions - 50 grams;
  • apple - 0,5 pieces;
  • cabbage Peking - 300 grams;
  • olive oil - 120 milliliters;
  • honey - 1 tablespoon;
  • mustard - 1 teaspoonful;
  • paprika ground sweet - 1 teaspoon;
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;

  1. First you need to prepare the sauce: in the bowl pour olive oil of the first pressing, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, pepper, add sweet powder of red paprika, honey. If desired, you can season with fragrant herbs: for example, oregano. All ingredients are well mixed.
  2. With Chinese cabbage we cut the hard part and cut the soft leaves with small straws.
