Honestly, for me - this is the most delicious pizza I've tried. I've been cooking pizza for a long time that way, and I advise you to do it together with "I love to cook", you will not regret it!

Ingredients:

  • milk - 200 milliliters;
  • salt - 0.5 teaspoonful;
  • sugar - 2 teaspoons;
  • yeast - 10 grams;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • flour - 300 grams;
  • a filling to taste.

Thin pizza. Step-by-step recipe

  1. Take a deep bowl and pour warm milk.
  2. Add two teaspoons of sugar and a spoonful of salt, also add yeast (preferably, they are fresh), add the vegetable oil. I want to say that it is possible and olive - I used it.
  3. We mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Before you add flour, sow it.
  5. We add the flour in parts, so that the dough was soft, but did not stick to the hands.
  6. Before you transfer the finished dough into a bowl, it should be greased with vegetable oil.
  7. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel and put it in a warm place for half an hour, so that the dough comes up - that's what I did.
  8. When the dough has approached, it is necessary to prepare a surface where it to lay out.
  9. The table is sprinkled with sifted flour and spread the dough on the table.
  10. The dough should be divided into two parts, and each part must be thinly rolled around, because I did a round, but it is also possible to square.
  11. The dough, already prepared, is put in a form that was slightly greased with vegetable oil.
  12. We lubricate the bottom of the mold with ketchup.
  13. On ketchup greased kochupom we lay out sausage, which in advance cut into medium pieces.
  14. After laying tomatoes, which already have the form of thin lobules.
  15. Sprinkle with grated cheese, rub it on a fine grater.
  16. And who wants to - can lubricate mayonnaise up.
  17. We will bake pizza at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, but I baked a little longer, like 20, because it seemed that it was not ready.
