  • radish - 300 grams;
  • spinach - 150 grams;
  • feta cheese - 150-200 grams;
  • milk or cream - 50-70 milliliters;
  • salt - to taste.

  1. To make a salad, you need 300 grams of boiled beef meat, but during cooking, beef loses about 35-40% of its weight. Therefore, before proceeding to its boiling, this nuance must be taken into account. I take 450-500 grams of fresh meat.
  2. Fresh meat washed and boiled whole piece for about 20 minutes (I bring it to a boil over a large fire, and after that I take it down below average fire). In a whole piece of meat taste is better preserved. The water is drained, the meat is washed again and boiled in fresh clean water until ready (in time it can take 20-40 minutes, depending on the maturity of the animal itself). 10-15 minutes before the meat is removed from the fire, you can also add various spices. I check the readiness by stabbing with a knife: if it passes well into the pulp, then everything is ready.
  3. If chicken fillet is used for salad preparation, it is also boiled in a single piece in two waters: after the first boil through 5-7 merge the water, and cook in fresh water for about 15-20 minutes. SOLIM meat for 10-15 minutes before being removed from the fire.
  4. I cool the meat at room temperature. To beef (chicken) is not weather-beaten and does not dry out during cooling, I wrap it in a food film.
  5. Step-by-step preparation of the filling: in a bowl, where there will be a salad, knead feta cheese with the addition of milk or cream. Pour the milk in small portions to control the consistency and homogeneity of the filling. As a result, the mass should be as thick as sour cream.

Since the leaves of spinach are very difficult to clean from dust, earth and sand, it is better to rinse it in a bowl with cool water and not under a stream. In the process, the water needs to be changed several times to wash away all the dirt. Only then, in the end, it can be rinsed under the tap. Still very important: wash and dry the spinach immediately before cooking, if it is done in advance, then the leaves will fade.
  9. Shiny spinach 5-7 millimeters thick and send to the rest of the ingredients.
  10. Salad with spinach and beef mix thoroughly. If desired, it can be salted.
  11. Advice: prepare it as much as you can eat at one meal, as during storage the quantity of useful properties decreases and taste qualities are lost. But if you have a little salad left, then put it in the refrigerator: otherwise it will completely deteriorate
