The tender crispy ray disappears very quickly (sometimes faster than the shish kebab), it turns out to be incredibly juicy, tasty, perfectly combined with meat fried in coals. And the onion marinated with sugar and vinegar can be added to salads, served with herring - and simply with a loaf of bread.
- 400 grams of onions;
- one tablespoon with a glass of sugar;
- salt - to taste;
- 3 tablespoons 9% vinegar;
- 0.5 teaspoon of spicy paprika;

- Onions are cleaned, my cut into rings, a thickness of about 5 millimeters.
- We shift the onion into a deep bowl, add sugar, table vinegar 9%, paprika and black ground pepper (according to the recipe).
- Solim to taste (I put salt very little). Mix everything well with a spoon.
- A couple of minutes the onions are ready. But it can be marinated in advance.
- Before serving, if desired, you can add finely chopped dill for flavor.

- Two large heads of onions are finely chopped, put into a deep saucepan and carefully mnem hands until juice starts to drain.
- Two kilos of pork neck cut is cut into large enough pieces (so the shish kebab will be more juicy). Put in a pan with onions, mix thoroughly.
- Add salt, at the rate of one teaspoon with a slide of salt for one kilogram of meat. That is, for a given amount of meat, you will need two teaspoons with a slide of salt.
