Kiwi and apple give the dish a sweet and sour taste, Korean carrots add spiciness. And if all together, we get a salad with a delicate and slightly piquant pleasant taste: it is not difficult to prepare such a salad, but it is eaten very quickly.

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of chicken fillet;
  • one kiwi;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • one apple;
  • 150 grams of hard cheese;
  • 150 grams of Korean carrots;
  • mayonnaise - to taste.

  1. Prepare all the products for salad, put them into different plates.
  2. Chicken fillet boil in salt water, adding a laurel leaf, until ready. Cooked fillets take out, cool, cut into small cubes.
  3. Council. Broth, which was cooked chicken, I use to make soups.
  4. Chicken eggs cook in salt water 10 minutes after boiling (we need hard-boiled). We pour out water, pour cold, cool it.
  5. After the eggs have cooled, we clean them from the shell, we separate the proteins from the yolks.
  6. We rub separately on a grater: squirrels - on large, and yolks - on fine.
  7. Hard cheese rubbed on a large grater.
  8. Korean carrots (without juice) should be cut into small pieces.
