  • a kilogram of cabbage;

  • 0,5 glasses of vegetable oil;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • 100 grams of sugar;
  • one teaspoon of salt;
  • 125 milliliters of water;
  • 0.5 cup of vinegar.

  1. Traditionally, Peking cabbage is used for this recipe, but with whitecoach it turns out very tasty and useful.
  2. White cabbage finely shred knife or shredding.
  3. Carrots mine, we clean and we rub on a large grater (it is possible to use a grater for the Korean carrot).
  4. We combine the vegetables in a deep bowl, a little with my hands: so they let the juice and become softer, which will positively affect the taste of the salad.
  5. Sprinkle the vegetables with turmeric and chopped garlic (you can chop it with a knife, pass through a press or grate it on a fine grater). Mix the entire contents of the bowl with your hands.
  6. We prepare marinade. In the pot, pour water, add sugar and salt (according to the recipe). We put the pan on the stove and bring its contents to a boil. We stir constantly, that sugar and salt are dissolved.
  7. Turn off the heating, add the vegetable oil, vinegar, stir in the pan.
  8. Prepared hot marinade pour cabbage.
  9. Mix a little, so that everything is soaked with marinade.
  10. Cover the pan with a lid or a plate (the diameter is smaller than that of a bowl), press it down, put the yoke.
  11. We leave it under the yoke for 24 hours.
  12. We put the prepared salad in the dishes, close the lid, store it in the refrigerator.
