I just adore zucchini, but the most favorite dish: delicious snack bars from zucchini. Delicate, juicy, with a light garlic accent, they just asks in the mouth: "Eat me." Well, and about the beauty of the dish and say nothing: the eye does not tear from such yummy. So I decided to share with you today the recipe for cooking zucchini.
- zucchini - 2 pieces;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- tomato - 1 piece;
- pepper pepper - 1 pike;
- salt - to taste;
- cheese "Feta" - 300 grams;
- olive oil - for frying;
- black pepper - to taste.

- For cooking zucchini rolls, I took zucchini: they are tender and juicy, and their skin is bright green. Marrows washed, dried: it must be done - and cut along on thin plates. From our two zucchini I got 20 strips, like tongues. Two strips must be put aside for the filling.
- Zucchini slightly poured with olive oil and mix. Thus, during roasting we will lose much less oil, and the zucchini will not be much greasy.
- Frying pan heated and put in it sliced zucchini, fry them from two sides: to a beautiful golden color. We do not lubricate the frying pan with oil. Fried zucchini we transfer on a plate for cooling, slightly having salted them.
- Again, put the frying pan on the fire, reheat it and pour very little olive oil.
- A large paprika, tomatoes (pre-washed) cut into small cubes. Similarly, we do the same with zucchini postponed. Chop the parsley. A few twigs of parsley and a small piece of pepper is left for decoration.
- Fry our vegetables. First zucchini, 1-2 minutes, then add the peppers to them, fry all a couple of minutes. We add the tomatoes and wess on high heat, stirring all the time. We turn off the fire, but leave the frying pan on the stove so that the vegetables can reach it.
- To hot vegetables we spread cheese, parsley and garlic, which was passed through the press.
- Cheese and vegetable mass, we should salt and sprinkle with black pepper. We mix everything thoroughly and allow it to cool.
- Now it's the turn to prepare the rolls themselves. To do this, lay out on the board one by one fried courgettes, put a teaspoon of the finished filling in the base and wrap it with a roll. So do with all the zucchini tongues.
- Roll the rolls on a large dish and decorate with parsley and chopped paprika (remember, we left a little).
