  1. Boil potatoes in salted water in a uniform. When it cools, peel off the peel and grate on a large grater.
  2. Cooked sausage cut into very thin straws.
  3. Boil the eggs hard and grate on a fine grater.
  4. Cucumbers and hard cheese - on a medium grater.
  5. To boil the carrots, too, grate.
  6. Spread lavash leaf on a flat surface and let it lie down for 15 minutes.
  7. Then lavash spread with mayonnaise, we put sausage, boiled potatoes, salted cucumber, carrots, sprinkle with cheese, egg and make a light mayonnaise mesh.
  8. Turn the lavash into a roll.
