Ingredients:

  • Onions cut into half rings and must be scalded with boiling water;
  • apple rubbing, like the rest of the vegetables in the original recipe;
  • all mix and let it brew.
  1. If you do not like beets, then follow the second recipe with apples and dried fruits - in this case, you can not add beetroot. Do all the same as in the second recipe, just at the very end, add the pomegranate seeds and, if desired and possible, cranberries to the salad - and fill it with low-fat yogurt.
  2. Salad "Mistletka" with the addition of sunflower seeds, pomegranate seeds and apple.

Do all the same steps as in the original recipe, while:

  • apple peel and grate on the same grater as the rest of the ingredients;
  • Peeled seeds should be laid out on a dry frying pan, lightly browned and necessarily cooled. If you bought immediately fried seeds, in this case, skip this step;
  • Seeds and pomegranate are added to the salad;
  • Salad dressing should be with lemon juice (about half a lemon), vegetable oil and spices at your discretion.
  1. Salad from Peking cabbage, bell pepper, fresh cucumber and dill with parsley.
  • slice the Chinese cabbage;
  • peel the Bulgarian pepper and chop strips;
  • Onion cut into half rings and scalded with boiling water.
  • Cucumber, too, cut into half rings;
  • mix everything and add crushed garlic, dill and parsley to the salad;
  • Salad dress with olive or vegetable oil, lemon juice and pepper and salt.
