Salad "amateur" with beets


Dear friends, today I want to share with you a recipe for lean vegetable salad, which will give you pleasure, add health and bring joy. Vegetable salad without mayonnaise is incredibly appetizing and easy to prepare. All vegetables in lean salad perfectly combine with each other, which gives the dish a special playfulness.

Crispy and slightly sour-sweet dietary salad cook for breakfast, lunch or dinner - and your family will not only eat tasty, but also useful. And this is important!

Before preparing a lean vegetable salad, I would like to note that we take the quantity of products to taste.



  • one beet;
  • one carrot;
  • one onion;
  • White cabbage;
  • pickled gherkins;
  • unrefined vegetable oil;
  • vinegar;
  • salt;
  • sugar.

  1. Using shredding (and you can knife) cut fresh cabbage into beautiful and thin slices.
  2. One fresh medium-sized carrot is well washed, peeled and chopped on a Korean grater.
  3. For a lean salad, combine carrots, cabbage and a good hand.
  4. Mash the carrots and cabbage into a salad bowl, add salt to taste, a little sugar, vinegar and leave to stick a little.
  5. Marinated gherkins are grated on a Korean grater (if grated, it turns out to be very thin straws, you want bigger - then it's better to cut with a knife).
  6. Grated pickled cucumbers add to a salad bowl to vegetables.
  7. Beetroot (pre-boil for lean salad), too, grate on a Korean grater and send to the rest of the vegetables.
  8. One small onion grate on a Korean grater and place in a salad bowl (see: if the onion is very caustic, then before sending it to vegetables, you need to sprinkle a little with vinegar).
  9. Since the salad with vegetables is dietary, then we will fill it with mayonnaise, not with mayonnaise, but with vegetable oil.
  10. All ingredients for lean salad to mix, fill with vegetable oil (I used unrefined), add salt if desired to taste.
  11. Put the dietary vegetable salad in the refrigerator for one hour: in order to brew.

I very often cook on this recipe a vegetable salad in lean days, but I really like it canned green peas.
