Today, I offer you a recipe for salad with beans: yes, with an unusual, but with a pod, frozen beans. How did I like this recipe? First of all, a salad with beans turns out very tasty. It should not be wasted much time: the salad is simple enough to cook. And in it there are my favorite tomatoes. And when you combine tomatoes and beans, you get a mind-blowing dish.


  • green beans - 1 package;
  • tomatoes - 5 pieces;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • parsley greens - a small bunch;
  • onion green - 1 bunch;
  • salt - to taste;
  • black ground pepper - on the tip of the knife;
  • olive oil for salad dressing - 2-3 tablespoons.

Delicious salad with beans. Step-by-step recipe

  1. Open the pack with the frozen beans and pour it into the pan. Fill with cold water and put on fire for further cooking. When the water boils, the beans should be salted: a little, literally a teaspoon of salt. Most often on packages with green beans write the amount of time, how much it should be cooked. On average, this is 4-5 minutes. During this time, it will not be digested, will remain crispy and will not lose its natural bright green color.
  2. Chicken eggs are filled with water, put on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for exactly 10 minutes, so they cook hard-boiled. Do not forget to add salt: with it, we can easily clean the eggs after cooking.
  3. While cooking beans and eggs, wash tomatoes and cut them into small slices.
  4. The next stage of preparation of our simple, but, nevertheless, delicious salad, will be slicing greens. Parsley is crushed, and the green onion is cut into thin rings. Naturally, before slicing the greens, we washed. We send the cut greens to tomatoes.
  5. So, the eggs were cooked and cooled. Cleaned them and cut into strips. Want - do it with a knife, and want - a special device for cutting eggs. Send them to tomatoes and greens.
  6. Beans cooked, be sure to drain the water, using a colander or a noise. Be sure to let it cool down. Add to the rest of the vegetables and eggs.
  7. All we have to do is salt our salad and pepper to taste.
  8. We fill the salad with olive oil and mix it with a spoon.
