  6. Now you can start cooking marinade. Pour 1-2 liters of water into a saucepan. It is better to take a stock. Add bay leaf, black peppercorn, cloves, peeled garlic, as well as salt and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  7. Dip into the boiling marinade boiled honey agarics. Add the vinegar. Cook the mushrooms in this marinade for 5-7 minutes, no more.
  8. Spread the honey agarics over sterilized jars, fill them with marinade and roll them. There is no need to wrap mushrooms.
