  1. We break into a bowl three eggs, add a pinch of salt and sugar. Mix well.
  2. In the egg mixture, pour half of the warm milk and mix again.
  3. Gradually sift the flour into the egg-milk mixture.
  4. Then we pour in water, the second part of warm milk and vegetable oil: it will give the pancakes elasticity.
  5. The finished dough is left for 15 minutes.
  6. Fry pancakes in a heated pancake pan in vegetable oil, a little thicker than usual.
  7. For the filling, the chicken fillet is cooked until ready (I add salt and laurel leaves into the water, while cooking the meat).
  8. Onion finely grind and fry in vegetable oil.
  9. Mushrooms are also fried (it is better to take champignons).
  10. Boiled chicken fillet, mushrooms and onions are crushed with a blender.
  11. In crushed stuffing, add sour cream, salt and black ground pepper to taste. The filling is ready.
  12. We're collecting the cake. Spread the first pancake, evenly distribute the filling, cover the second and so on.
  13. We cover the side of the cake with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs. From above we make a mayonnaise mesh.
