- One kilogram of white cabbage;
- One large carrot;
- 1 sweet Bulgarian pepper (preferably red or yellow);
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 50 milliliters of vegetable oil;

- 5-6 peas of sweet pepper;
- 1 tablespoon turmeric;
- 3-4 laurel leaves.

Marinated cabbage. Step-by-step recipe
- We cut white cabbage into large squares and add them to deep dishes.
- Carrots rub on a large grater (or on a grater for Korean carrots) and shift to cabbage.
- Peeled pepper seeds are cut into thin strips. We send to the vegetables.
- In a bowl, put garlic, cut into thin plates.
- In vegetables, add salt, cloves, sweet pepper, turmeric, bay leaf and vegetable oil. All carefully mix.
- We prepare marinade. In the pan, pour 800 milliliters of water, fall asleep sugar and pour vinegar. We bring the contents of the pan to a boil.
- Cabbage and vegetables are transferred to a jar and poured with a hot marinade. After everything has cooled down, we ship for a day in the refrigerator.

- I marinated in a saucepan (but you can use cans for these purposes), I put vegetables in the following sequence: cabbage, half of garlic, carrots, peppers, hot peppers, garlic left, apples.
- For marinade: boil two liters of water, put 4 tablespoons of salt in boiling water, 1 glass of sugar, 15 peas of black pepper, 6 peas of sweet pepper, 5 buds of cloves, 3 bay leaves. Let's pour for 5 minutes and pour in ¾ cup of apple cider vinegar (can be replaced by any 6%). Bring to a boil and turn off the gas.
- Fill cabbage with vegetables boiling marinade, remove the bay leaf. Cover with a plate so that the vegetables do not float. Cover with a lid and leave until completely cooled. Then we clean for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
