  • mushrooms - 200 grams;
  • butter - 70 grams;
  • cream (35%) - 250 grams;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • garlic - 5 denticles;

  1. For creamy sauce, you can use any mushrooms that you have (or those you prefer). But I often cook sauce for this recipe with champignons.
  1. Five cloves of garlic is cleaned, well mine and finely chopped with a knife (if you do not want to grind with a knife, you can pass through the press).
  2. One onion (I use a medium-sized bulb) for mushroom sauce is peeled from the husks, mine and cut into half rings.
  3. For a sauce onion with garlic, we will fry in butter.
  4. Frying pan with butter and put on the stove.
  5. In the preheated oil we send the chopped garlic and fry it until golden on medium heat (during the frying, stir garlic in the oil periodically).
  6. Then in a frying pan to garlic, add the onions cut into half rings, mix everything well and continue to fry until the onion is soft.
  7. Champignons are cleaned and cut into small pieces (very good if the mushrooms are cut into thin slices).
  8. In the frying pan to fried onions with garlic, add mushrooms and continue to fry until the mushrooms are ready (it takes about 15 minutes for me to do this: it all depends on which mushrooms you will use).
  9. After this time, the mushrooms in the frying pan salt, pepper to taste, and mix everything thoroughly.
