Lazy belyashi cooked in a frying pan is a simple and versatile dish. Belyashs are called "lazy" because they do not need any test. Everything is much easier to prepare than you think !!! Wafers with minced meat, fried in batter, are cooked very quickly - so they can be served for breakfast. Delicate belyashiki with a juicy filling are so delicious that they drool directly. Easy and simple lazy belyashi will appear on your desk. Try to cook - and you will see for yourself.

Today, along with "Very tasty", I want to offer to fry gentle, satisfying and tempting appetizing lazy belyashas.


  • wafer cakes.

For sauce:

  • one tablespoon of sour cream and mayonnaise;
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • fresh greens.

For the blade:

  • salt;
  • chicken eggs - 2-4 pieces.

For filling:

  • minced assorted - 300 grams;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • salt and spices to taste.

Lazy belyash on a frying pan. Step-by-step recipe

  1. Instead of the test for belyash we will use ready-made waffles (they can be bought in any supermarket - these are wafer cakes for a cake, round or square shape).
  2. Lazy belyashi will be cooked with minced meat (for filling I take pork and ground beef in equal quantities, and still very good if mincemeat not to buy, but grind it at home).
  3. One medium bulb through a meat grinder (and you can grind the onion in a blender, but the smaller the chopped onion, the better).
  4. In the mince, add chopped onion, black and hot ground pepper. Add salt to taste (here it is very important to salt well: if you do not salivate the minced meat, then the fried belyash will be fresh).
  5. For the blade: два куриных яйца и щепотку соли хорошенько взбить при помощи венчика.
  6. Take one waffle cake, spread it with minced meat, top with a second crust of waffle and leave for 10-15 minutes (this is necessary in order to wafers a little from minced soak).
  7. With a sharp knife, cut the cake with the filling into small portions.
  8. Raw Belyashik dipped in a batter and fry in a well-heated frying pan, in oil and on a small fire (if frying on a large or medium heat, then the clay will burn, and the filling in the middle of the white duck remains raw).
  9. Now we prepare the sauce for the Belyashas: chopped fresh herbs (I have dill), garlic (passed through the press), sour cream, mayonnaise to mix and mix. The sauce is ready.

I want to add from myself: I prepared such belyashi with chicken forcemeat, it turned out also very tasty, only they were not as juicy as those with pork.

It is very tasty - to take Belyashik, dunk it in garlic - mayonnaise sauce - it's just a divine delight. I serve a white bilberry with a sauce, or you can eat them without sauce. If you do not want garlic sauce, then cook the one that you prefer. This dish is not only easy to prepare, but also not expensive, and this is important.
