  1. Let's start with the rabbit: for this, boil the water in a saucepan. After the water boils, we put there the legs of a rabbit. Here we send one bulb (peeled), then half carrot and celery. We pour out one tablespoon of salt, put a couple of laurel leaves and four peas of black pepper. Close the lid for 50 minutes and turn on the middle fire.
  2. Council. Spoon with salt should not be a slide - it will spoil the taste of your meat.
  3. While the rabbit is brewing, we will prepare the dough for the pie. Pour 200 grams of flour into the blender bowl. Cold butter, cut into cubes, we pour out there too. Close the lid of the blender and start whipping the mass. Then add the grated cheese. Beat. Solim and drive the egg, then punch through to get a lump.
  4. Tip: if the dough is dry, then add a tablespoon of ice water to it.

  8. We put the crushed parchment into a mold and fall asleep with something heavy: for example, rice. We send it to the oven for ten minutes: at a temperature of 180 degrees. We take out rice and bake for 5-7 minutes.
  9. While the dough is baked, let's deal with the filling. Pour the vegetable oil on the heated frying pan, then 40 grams of cream.
  10. We spread the diced onion into a heated frying pan: for three minutes. Next carved carrots: for 4 minutes.
  11. Separated from the bones and finely chopped rabbit pour into the frying pan. Fry for a minute, stirring. If desired, pour 100 grams of white dry wine (it should be evaporated 1-2 minutes). Add salt and ground black pepper. Pour into the pan 150 grams of broth, stew for 10 minutes.
