Ingredients for cooking green tomatoes in Korean

Green Tomatoes 1 kg
Carrot 1 PC
Garlic 1 head
Bulb onions 1 PC
Sugar 2 s.
Salt 1 st.
Hot peppers 0,5-1 PC
Ground coriander 2 tsp.
Coriander seeds 2-3 pinch
Vegetable oil 7-8 ml.
Vinegar 2 s.
Parsley (or other greens) 0.5 beam

Step by step cooking green tomatoes in Korean with a photo

  1. Rub carrots on a carrot grater in Korean, or grate on a conventional grater.
  2. Add in carrots until just 0.5 tablespoons. salt and 1 tbsp. sugar, remember it with your hands. It will become softer and will release a little juice.
