  1. Three eggplants are good for mine, cut off the stem from each of them. Also cut off the opposite tip. Cut eggplants into large cubes. Peel from the eggplant is not necessary to clean.

  8. We send the prepared onions in a frying pan. We mix everything with a spatula.
  9. Fry vegetables on low heat for another 10 minutes, until the transparency of the onion.
  10. Now it's time to add two full tablespoons of sour cream. You can use sour cream any fat, to your taste. In this recipe I use homemade sour cream of high fat content.
  11. Stew aubergines in sour cream (like mushrooms) for 15 minutes.
  12. We add a teaspoon of mushroom seasoning to the frying pan. If desired, such a seasoning can not be added at all. But I really like the pronounced mushroom taste of the dish.
