  1. First. where to start, it's to choose the right size zucchini or zucchini. Pay attention to the size of the vegetable. It should not be large in size or have a damaged skin.   7. Then add chopped mushrooms. Stir with spatula and fry under the open lid for 10 minutes. If you fry the forest mushrooms, fry them longer - until cooked.
  8. In the meantime, let's go back to the zucchini. We cut off the stalk and the other tip. Then cut into two parts along. Use the spoon to choose the middle. We do not throw out the middle, it will also be needed. Gently clean out so as not to puncture the skin. As a result, we got nice little boats.
  9. Now inside the zucchini small chopped knife.
  10. Add them to the mushrooms in a frying pan and fry for another five minutes. After that, a little salt, add the black ground pepper to your taste and mix.
  11. Now add 20 grams of butter, mix to completely melt. Then add a tablespoon of wheat flour without a slide. Fry for a few minutes stirring.
  12. Now take 200 milliliters of milk and pour into a frying pan, stir everything carefully. We keep a couple of minutes on a small fire, stirring until the sauce thickens. Remove from the fire and put it to cool to the side.
