Ingredients:

  • beef - 150 grams;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece;
  • fresh cucumbers - 6 pieces;
  • garlic - 6 denticles;
  • sugar - 1 teaspoon;
  • red ground pepper - to taste;
  • coriander - a small pinch;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • olive oil for frying;
  • soy sauce - 1,5-2 tablespoons;
  • salt - to taste;

Delicious salad with beef meat. Step-by-step recipe

  1. Fresh cucumbers must be cut into small strips, not large. Then we put them into a large bowl and thoroughly salted. Hands stir cucumbers: in order that they gave their juice and become softer. We remove them aside, for about 20 minutes. Cucumbers are best taken young, with a thin skin: then they will be tender in the salad.
  2. Lovers of sharpened: you can replace fresh cucumbers with pickled, but not salted - such cucumbers will spoil the taste of the prepared dish.
  3. It's time to go in for meat. With a piece of beef, we remove all film and veins. We cut it, as well as cucumbers - straws. On the stove put the frying pan, add a little olive oil (literally a drop) and thoroughly warm it up on fire. We lower the meat and fry until ready: about 5-7 minutes. We will not salt it, because the cucumbers were abundantly salted.
