We will talk about the delicious salad "Eggplant miracle": when you try it, you will immediately understand why they called it so. A salad with eggplant is so rich in flavor that you will remember it forever. Seasoning with soy sauce gives a piquant taste that it is simply impossible to resist. - 3-4 medium aubergines;
- 1 large head of onions;
- one large carrot;
- 2-3 sweet Bulgarian peppers;
- 1,5-2 teaspoons of sesame;

- 4-5 cloves of garlic;
- 20-30 gram green;
- black ground pepper and salt - to taste;
- 3-4 tablespoons of canned corn;

- Eggplants wash, peel, remove the tails, cut into cubes or thin straws (as more like it).
- Fold in a bowl, salt, pour water. Leave for 20 minutes.
- Onions cut into thin half rings, and carrots - straws.
- With sweet Bulgarian peppers, we remove seeds and stem, cut into large pieces.
- A small piece of chili pepper is cut into circles.
- Grind the greens.
- With eggplants, merge the water, spread on a paper towel: let them dry. From above also we impregnate with a napkin.
- In two frying pans, pour the vegetable oil.
- In one, fry onions and carrots until soft, and then add chili and sweet Bulgarian pepper, pepper to taste. Fry until done.
