- a bank of sprats - 200 grams;

- We cut the white bread with a sharp knife into small cubes: about 1 cm by 1.5.
- In advance it is necessary to warm up the oven, in it we will dry white bread. The temperature of the heated oven should not exceed 180 degrees.
- Cut the pieces of white bread on a dry, greased baking sheet, and send it to the oven.
- Bread dried for about 12 minutes, no longer necessary, otherwise it will be completely dry.
- For a salad, the bulb is suitable, and also the green onion, which one is more like. If you prefer onions in a salad, then first it should be cleaned, then wash and cut into small cubes. If the onions are green, then it is mine, let it dry out of the water and cut it finely.
- Potatoes for salad must first be cooked in salted water, let it cool completely, and then cut into small cubes. To make this salad potatoes can not only be cooked, but you can also bake, in this version, too, will be very tasty. Sliced potatoes are sent to a bowl to the already chopped onions.
- Chicken eggs boiled hard for ten minutes, let them cool in cold water, clean and cut into small cubes. Tip: to make the boiled eggs well cleaned, add a pinch of salt to the water where they are brewed.
- A jar of sprats is opened and we pour oil from them into a bowl. Do not try to pour it, it will be useful for further preparation of salad.
- Sprats are transferred to a cutting board and crushed with a knife. We spread them to other salad products.
- In a bowl of sprat butter, we put already cooled bread crumbs, which we dried in the oven beforehand, and mix.
- Half of the breadcrumbs of white bread is added to the salad, the second part is removed to the side.
- For dressing the salad, prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and add salt, as well as black pepper. We mix everything with a whisk, to a homogeneous, slightly liquid mass.
- Add sauce and a spoon mix all the ingredients. Send it to a salad bowl. In the form of decoration we use chopped green onions and croutons.
