  1. Beets are boiled, cooled and peeled. I cook it in a quick way: I cook about 30-40 minutes from the moment of boiling, then drain the water, and put the beets in a bowl with iced water for 15 minutes. Due to the high temperature drop, it is in the middle and is being cooked. In addition, it cools quickly enough and is easy to clean.
  2. We rub the beetroot on the grater. For the preparation of this salad, I like to use a grater for carrots in Korean: but this is not the point.
  3. We rub the green apple without cleaning it. You can use any other sweet and sour varieties to replace them. I also like it if you cut an apple with thin straws, and do not rub it.
  4. Prunes must be washed, slightly dried on a paper towel and cut into thin strips.
  5. Salted cucumber is also cut into strips. We combine cooked beets, apples, prunes and salted cucumber.
  6. Walnuts lightly fry in a dry frying pan, stirring constantly so that they do not burn. We crush the knife and send it to the salad.
  7. Garlic is passed through the garlic and add to all the other ingredients.
