  • 10 pieces of quail eggs;
  • 10 champignons;
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice;

  1. Champignons are mine and we separate the hats from the legs. Lemon juice and spices are mixed and seasoned with the resulting marinade, let us brew for 15 minutes.
  2. In the prepared hats of mushrooms we drive eggs and send them to the grill.
  3. If you decide to cook this dish in the oven, from which it does not lose any taste and beauty, then bake at a temperature of 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
