  • butter - 100 grams;
  • egg yolk - 1 piece;
  • soda - 1/4 teaspoon;
  • salt - 0.5 teaspoonful;
  • cold water - 2 tablespoons.

Filling:

  • eggs boiled - 5 pieces;
  • a large bunch of green onions;
  • Processed cheese - 2 pieces.

Fill:

  • eggs - 4 pieces;
  • milk or cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Pie with green onions and egg. Step-by-step recipe

  1. Let's start with the shortcake. In the flour add salt, soda, stir.
  2. We put cold, sliced ​​butter, and rub it with our hands.
  3. We add yolk, cold water and quickly mix.
  4. We collect the dough into a ball, wrap it with film and remove it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  5. We prepare the filling: finely cut a large bunch of green onions.
  6. Cut the eggs into cubes and combine them with onions.
  7. We take the dough, roll it into a thin layer and spread it into the mold. We work with a fork.
  8. On the dough lay the grated cheese and a mixture of eggs with onions.
  9. Beat in the bowl 4 eggs, salt, paprika (if desired) and 2 tablespoons of milk.
  10. Fill this mixture with our pie.
  11. We bake the cake in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.
