- To make this delicious salad, we need boiled chicken (fillet). Therefore, I recommend to boil it beforehand, in order to save considerably the time of preparation of the salad on the day of filing.
- In salted boiling water we throw the chicken fillet and cook it until ready. We remove the fillet, completely cool it and cut it into small pieces.
- The same small brusochkami chop the ham.
- Try to cut the ingredients of approximately the same shape and size, then the salad will look more aesthetic.
- Sweet Bulgarian pepper carefully washing, remove the seeds and stalk, also cut into strips. I prefer to use red pepper for this salad, but you can use either yellow or green: at your discretion.

- We take a deep bowl and send it all the ingredients.
- Add mayonnaise and mix well.

- Home-made mayonnaise I cook this way: I send 150 grams of refined sunflower oil, one chicken egg, half a teaspoon of mustard, a pinch of salt and a few drops of lemon juice to a glass of the blender. I lower the immersion blender into the bowl and turn it on to the maximum speed. For less than a minute I beat it so that the blender does not raise above the level of ingredients: and the magnificent mayonnaise is ready. Ready-mixed mayonnaise is used immediately after preparation or we store it in the refrigerator for no more than two days.
