  • chicken egg - 2 pieces;
  • sour cream - 100 grams;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;
  • flour - 0.5 cup;
  • baking powder for baking - 1 teaspoon;
  • salt - 0.5 teaspoon.

  • brynza - 75 grams;
  • hard cheese - 100 grams.

  1. Initially, we will prepare a dough for an amazing cheese cake. Dough for the pie will be kneaded with a kitchen machine, but you can knead and hands.
  2. In the bowl of the kitchen machine we break two chicken eggs (it is very good to use fresh domestic eggs).
  3. To the chicken eggs we add sour cream (for preparation of the test sour cream can be used half with curdled milk, and it is possible and only sour cream).
  4. Then add half a teaspoon of salt and three tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  5. In a separate container, combine flour with a baking powder, mix well and sift.
  6. In the bowl of the mixer we send pre-sifted flour with a baking powder.
  7. Mix the dough for an amazing cheese cake with a mixer. Ready dough for a delicious pie should turn out to be liquid.
  8. This time we will prepare the filling for the home pie.
  9. We rub cheese and hard cheese on a large grater.
  10. Tip: you can use any cheese for filling. I'm still adding a little parmesan to the filling, but my grandmother, very often, adds fresh chopped greens to the filling.
  11. In one container we connect grated cheeses for a stuffing, we salt to taste, and all well mix.
  12. To bake a cheese pie we need a shape with a diameter of 20 centimeters.
  13. Prepared form is covered with parchment paper and grease it with butter.

  16. We send the form in a well heated to 200 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
