- meat (pork neck) - 1 kilogram;
- potatoes of medium size - 1 kilogram;
- olive oil - 3 tablespoons;
- salt -0.5 teaspoonful;
- vegetable oil for lubricating the mold - a couple of spoons;
- prunes - 150 grams;
- Provencal herbs - half a teaspoon.

- To start with a knife on the meat we make cuts at a distance of 1.5-2 centimeters from each other.
- Next, prepare the marinade. In a convenient dish we add sweet ground paprika, grain and usual mustard, salt, vegetable oil, honey, garlic (it needs to be grinded) and black ground pepper, everything is thoroughly mixed.
- Then we grease the meat with a marinade, gently distributing it over the entire surface.
- Prunes need to be washed well and cleaned of seeds. Then it should be put in the cuts made in the meat.
- In the sleeve for baking, carefully shift the meat and close it from two sides (take twice the sleeve than the meat itself). Then put everything in the form and put in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours (or for a day).
- At the bottom of the baking dish, pour a couple of spoons of vegetable oil and evenly distribute it on the surface.
- Prepare the potatoes: it needs to be washed, cleaned, then cut off the base, and then cut into strips, not cutting to the edge. So cut all the potatoes and put it in shape.
- In a separate bowl to olive oil, add salt, olive oil and all the good mix.
- In the cuts of each potato with a teaspoon pour a little olive oil with spices.
- We put the shape with the potatoes into the sleeve for baking (take twice the sleeve than the mold itself), we patch the edges from all sides.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees and put it into baking potatoes and meat for about an hour.
- We take everything from the oven, let it cool down for ten minutes, and then shift it to a dish.
