  • 500 milliliters of warm milk;

  1. Mix in a deep bowl sifted (to enrich it with oxygen) flour, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 60 grams of starch (about 3 tablespoons). Starch is needed to thicken, so that the pancakes are not torn, because our dough will be very liquid. And, thanks to him, pancakes are thin, delicate, elastic and delicate.
  2. Pour in the resulting mixture a thin trickle of warm milk, stirring constantly.
  3. We drive 2 eggs, pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (I use sunflower) and whisk everything well (until the lumps are completely dissolved). The dough should be homogeneous, without lumps. Even if it seems liquid to you, do not add flour. Cook strictly according to the recipe.
  4. Fry on a well-heated frying pan, greasing it before each new pancake with vegetable oil (or creamy, or a piece of fat - as you prefer and as you have already got used to).
