Let's start with the preparation of the dough.
- Prepare a deep bowl: sift the flour into it. We make a depression in the center.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt, half a glass of water and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- First, knead the dough with a spoon, and then pour the flour on the table and knead the dough with your hands.
- You need to knead for about seven minutes: then it will turn out to be elastic and soft.
- After the dough is well kneaded, it is wrapped in food film and left on the table.
- We pass to the filling. Prepare pork-ground beef. Meat can be twisted in a meat grinder, chop the knife into small pieces, or use a combine.
- We clean our bow and cut it into small cubes.
- We also wash our carrots and rub it on a large grater.
- Mix the pork-ground beef with onions and carrots.
- Add salt, pepper red and black ground pepper, water. Mix again with your hands.
- We pass to the potato. We clean it, mine and three on a large grater. You can cut into small strips.
- Grate the potatoes on a separate plate. Do not pickle the potatoes: since it already gives juice very quickly.
- Take the dough, cut off a small piece, pour the table with flour and roll the dough into a rectangle: as thin as possible. The remaining dough is wrapped in a film again and left.
- Now we need to melt the butter. And grease the surface of the rolled dough with this oil.
- Wet your hands with water and top with a thin layer of minced meat. From one side we leave the place without the filling: about 5 cm.
- For grounding with the same thin layer we put the grated potatoes. Solim it.
- We wrap up khanum with meat from the edge with stuffing. And we are tearing it from both sides of the edge.
- Prepare the form: it is lubricated with vegetable oil. We lay the formed khanum on the form.
- Do the same with the remaining dough and stuffing. Approximately three rolls are obtained.
- We put the form on a pan with boiling water, and cook for a couple of forty minutes - under a closed lid.
After 40 minutes the most delicious khanum: a roll with meat for a couple - ready! We put it on a plate. Immediately lubricate pre-melted butter.
