  1. The first thing to do is to prepare a green onion: it needs to be washed well and allowed to drain water. Onions need to be cut, including its white part, in small pieces: like a salad. Cut the chopped onion with a spatula or spoon.
  2. To the chopped green onions, add two eggs. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  3. To the mixed onion with the egg add flour and add salt to your taste. All products are mixed.
  4. If you like spices, then you can add black pepper, oregano, basil, paprika, Italian herbs and turmeric. You can use one kind of spice or combine the original tastes of several. The use of spices will make the taste of the dish original and fragrant.
