- 400 grams of boiled carrots;
- 50 grams of sugar;
- 100 grams of breadcrumbs;
- 100 milliliters of milk;
- one tablespoon of semolina;
- one tablespoon of flour;
- one fresh chicken egg;
- vanilla sugar - 10 grams;
- vegetable oil for frying.

- Carrots pre-boil, cool, peel and rub on a small grater.

- When the mixture boils, pour in the flour and semolina.

- Turn off the heat and add the vanilla sugar to the pan.
- Let the dough cool down a little and drive one fresh chicken egg. Stirring.
- From a warm dough we form cutlets.
