  1. One onion is peeled off the husk, mine and cut into small cubes using a knife.
  2. To make incredibly delicious cutlets with mushrooms, we need 300 grams of mushrooms. Mushrooms for filling fill into small cubes.
  3. Tip: I used champignons for filling, but you can use any mushrooms.
