Delicious thin pancakes. Step-by-step recipe

  1. We beat eggs, sugar, vanillin (or vanilla sugar) in a deep dish to a homogeneous mass (whisk or mixer).
  2. We add a pinch of salt and kefir (0.5 cup) to the egg mixture. Tip: if you want the pancakes to always be delicious, delicate, delicate, use the following proportion of dairy products - mix milk with ⅓ any fermented milk product (it can be kefir, sour cream, yogurt, ryazhenka, etc.). Mix well.
  3. Sift flour into a bowl, add baking powder, whisk a bit, so that no lumps remain and the dough becomes homogeneous.
  4. We pour in warm milk and vegetable oil. The dough turns out to be liquid and homogeneous in consistency.
  5. Bake on a hot frying pan, oiled with a brush. Tip: if you want the pancakes to turn porous and openwork, lubricate the pan before frying the next pancake, melted butter.
  6. As soon as the smoke went over the frying pan, pour the dough and reduce the fire by half. Pour the dough into a frying pan (beginners are better off using a pancake with a diameter of no more than 18 centimeters - it's easier to turn pancakes) and evenly distribute it over the surface. Pancake immediately starts to "breathe", on the surface there are holes - pores.
  7. Fry until golden, separate the edge of the pancake from the frying pan with a shovel and turn it over (I do this with my hands, but I can also use the spatula).
  8. So we bake all the pancakes. Finished pancakes grease with a brush of melted butter and spread on a serving dish.

  • Apple cream. Baked apples are wiped through a sieve (or crushed with a blender), mixed with zest and juice of one lemon, add 3 tablespoons of honey. Add 3 whipped proteins to the mixture and send it to the refrigerator for an hour.
