  • pork - 2.5 kilograms;
  • mustard - 2 tablespoons;
  • lemon juice - 3 tablespoons;
  • salt - to taste;
  • liquid smoke - 50 grams;
  • carrots - 1 piece;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • chili pepper - 1 piece;
  • vegetable oil - 70 milliliters;
  • basil - half a teaspoon.

  1. The pork neck is best suited, as the meat in this part is not lean, which will give our dish extra juiciness and taste.
  2. To begin with, the meat needs to be washed well.
  3. Cut off any unwanted films.
  4. Garlic with a knife and cut into 4 parts.
  5. Carrots mine, cut into large slices.
  6. We do with a knife deepening in the meat and inserts there garlic and carrots.
  7. Set evenly that in each part of the meat there are carrots and garlic.
  8. We rub the meat with salt. Leave for 30 minutes.
  9. Then abundantly lubricate the meat with liquid smoke.
  10. Chilli is chopped very finely.
  11. In a separate dish mix mustard, lemon juice, chili, basil.
  12. The resulting mixture rub our meat.
  13. Cover the meat with a film and leave it in the refrigerator for the night.
  14. The meat is baked for an hour, after which we take out and lubricate with a mixture of mustard, and lemon.
  15. We send it to the oven for another hour.
  16. We bake at a temperature of 180 degrees.
