I want to share a recipe for eastern cuisine, quite popular: khanym in a double boiler is a delicious and hearty roll with meat and potatoes. If you like manti, then this lazy mantle will definitely have to your liking. Juicy and fragrant filling in a thin tender test is an excellent dish for the whole family for lunch or dinner. And most importantly - do not need to mess around with the test for a long time: rolled the sheet, wrapped the whole stuffing, and it's ready.
- one kilogram of flour;
- two fresh chicken eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- one tablespoon of salt;
- 500 milliliters of boiling water.
- 1.4 kilos of minced meat;

- Wheat flour sifted into a deep bowl, add salt, sunflower oil. We drive in fresh chicken eggs. Fill all with boiling water.
- Mix the dough in a dough machine or blender with a special nozzle. But you can do without technology: first, mix everything with a spatula or spoon, and when it becomes not so hot, continue to knead.
- We round the dough, put it in a bowl, cover it and leave it for a while.
- For the filling we will need pig-ground beef (I prepared myself, but you can also use the purchased one).
- Council. Instead of pork-beef, you can use minced meat from mutton.
- All the onion peeled off the husks, washed and finely chopped with a knife.
- Minced meat is combined with onions in a deep saucepan (to make it easier to stir), salt to taste, add your favorite spices.
- Add one egg to the stuffing and mix well with a spoon or hands.
- Also prepare the remaining ingredients for the filling and spread them into different bowls.
- We peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small cubes.
- Peel the carrots on a large grater.
- Hard cheese is also rubbed on a large grater.
- Roll the dough into a rectangular formation, about 2 millimeters thick.
- We spread the minced meat, distributing it over the whole surface of the dough.
- For stuffing we spread potatoes, carrots. Solim a little.
- Sprinkle with cheese and roll the layer into a roll.
- We fix the ends. We send the roll to the steamer for about an hour.
We get the ready lazy mantle from the steamer, cover it with a mixture of melted butter and greens, cut into portions and serve it on the table.
