  • sunflower oil for frying.

For filling:

  • mushrooms - 300 grams;
  • Processed cheese "Friendship" - 2 pieces;
  • mayonnaise - 3-4 tablespoons;
  • salt, pepper, greens - to taste.

  1. Liver wash, remove the film, skip along with onions through a meat grinder. To make the dough even more gentle, I whisk in addition blender.
  2. Add the sifted flour, eggs, milk, soft butter, salt and again beat well with a blender. You will see how the mass will grow in volume.
  3. Cover with a film and leave for 15 minutes.
  4. After frying pancakes in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.
