Fast snacks: cheese and fish

When preparing for a celebratory event, we often puzzle ourselves: what snack for a quick hand is better to cook? After all, there is not much time, but I want to make the holiday special. So - cheese and fish snacks will be an excellent idea for a family buffet. A simple and delicious recipe does not require much effort in cooking. Let's take a closer look at the preparation of these cold appetizers.


For cheese snacks:

  • Processed cheese - 2 pieces;
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon;
  • parsley leaves - one small bunch;
  • Cripps.

For fish snacks:

  • Sardine canned (pieces) - 2-3 pieces;
  • boiled chicken egg - 1 piece;
  • mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon;
  • onion green - one small bunch;
  • Rye bread.

Quick snacks. Step-by-step recipe

Сырная закуска.

  1. In a deep bowl we rub two melted cheese on the smallest grater.
  2. We clear the husks and squeeze through the press one clove of garlic. If you love the cheese snack more sharply, then boldly add two cloves of garlic.
  3. Then add to the bowl one full tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
  4. Advice: do not add too much mayonnaise, since the snack should keep the shape, rather than spread.

  6. Tip: crisps can easily be replaced with any breadcrumbs or homemade toast. To do this, it is necessary to fry on both sides thin pieces of white wheat bread (a loaf) in a pan or in a toaster - until a golden crust is formed.
  7. We decorate our cheese snack with parsley leaves and lay out on a beautiful dish.
  8. As you can see, very little time has passed, and a wonderful cheese snack is already on the table.

Fish snack.

  1. To make this simple cold snack, I like to use pieces of rye bread, but give them a triangular shape. Small appetizing triangles immediately attract the guests' eyes, and the fish snack disappears in a matter of minutes.
  2. Cooked chicken eggs are cleaned from the shell, put in a shallow bowl and very well mash with a fork until the formation of gruel.
  3. We put in the same bowl two pieces of canned sardines and also mash well with a fork.
  4. Add one tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix well with a fork until uniform.
  5. The feathers of the green onions are finely chopped.
  6. Accurately superimpose the resulting fish mass on the rye triangles with a thick layer. We level.
  7. On top decorate with chopped green onions.
  8. We shift the fish snack to a festive dish and serve it to the table.
