  1. For the preparation of delicious cutlets, we need 700 grams of zucchini. It is best to use young zucchini.
  2. Zucchini (according to the recipe) mine and rub on a small grater.
  3. Grated zucchini squeeze from excess liquid.
  4. Even for the most delicious cutlets we need half a kilo of ground beef.

  23. In the resulting fill, add sugar (according to the recipe), salt, add black ground pepper to taste and mix well.
