For Bolognese sauce:

  • 800 grams of meat (any);
  • 2 heads of onions;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 500 grams of tomato sauce;
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
  • 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 2 tablespoons butter;
  • Dried basil, ground black pepper, salt - to taste.

For Béchamel sauce:

  • 1 liter of milk;
  • 100 grams of wheat flour;
  • 100 grams of butter;
  • salt, black ground pepper, nutmeg - to taste.


  • 500 grams of hard cheese;
  • sheets of lasagna.

Delicious lasagna. Step-by-step recipe

  1. For the "Bolognese" sauce, grind the peeled and washed onions with carrots in a blender.
  2. The pulp of beef or pork is passed through a meat grinder.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil along with the cream, put the garlic, fry it.
  4. We put shredded onions and carrots into a frying pan with garlic.
  5. Fry vegetables until soft, stirring constantly.
  6. We put in the frying pan to vegetables minced meat, kneaded with a spatula, we break the lumps. Fry until meat is ready.
  7. We pour tomato sauce mixed with a spoon of tomato paste, add salt, black pepper, dried basil (all spices to taste). Thoroughly mix.
  8. Cover the frying pan with a lid, continue to simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes.
  9. At this time we will prepare the Béchamel sauce. Put a pan with a thick bottom on the stove, put butter. As the butter melts, pour out the flour and mix.
  10. Pour gradually milk, immediately mix quickly. We bring the mass to a light boil. When the mass becomes thick and uniform, add black pepper, salt and nutmeg (to taste). After that, the saucepan is immediately removed from the plate.
