If guests suddenly come to you, cook delicious chicken rolls. Such meat rolls with chicken, and even in breading, will be the best dish on your table. The recipe is very simple and versatile: therefore it is not difficult to cook chicken rolls at home. And this dish, in itself, is used very widely: it can be served with garnish, and you can take it with you to work or on nature, at a picnic. So, put on your aprons - and go for it!
- 400 grams of chicken ground meat, cooked from fillets;
- 800 grams of pork;
- 2 eggs;
- 4-5 cloves of garlic;
- pork fat is a small piece;
- salt to taste;
- a mixture of peppers to taste;
- bread crumbs for breading;
- flour - several tablespoons;
- for frying - vegetable oil.
Delicious chicken rolls. Step-by-step recipe
- Pork mine, dry and cut with a sharp knife plates: not more than a centimeter in thickness. We cut the meat strictly across the fibers: otherwise it will be rigid in the finished dish, like rubber.
- Meat should be taken off each side with a hammer. Do it best by covering the meat with food film. Then during the frying of the meat will not leak out the juice. Meat should not be salted - we will have a salty stuffing. The malleus is preferably used wooden: unlike metal, it does not spoil the structure of the meat.
- Chicken fillet before cooking, be sure to rinse, dry and cut all the existing film. Breast is passed through a meat grinder and to it we add a little (absolutely small) a slice of fat. Minced meat, obtained from fillets and bacon, will be juicy.
- Grind garlic: it is desirable to pass through the press or, together with the meat, scroll through the meat grinder. We add it to the chicken forcemeat and generously salt and pepper.
- Stuffing is well mixed: to ensure that all the ingredients are joined together and become a homogeneous mass.
- We put the beaten meat on a cutting board and on top of it, we spread a forcemeat with a spoon. We try to spread it all over the piece of meat, leaving a little space at the ends of the piece.
- Fold the meat stuffed with minced meat, roll. If the filling will drop out a little, then the twisted meat can be fixed with a toothpick or a culinary thread. Nine rolls were obtained from our portion of pork and chicken ground meat.
- Eggs slightly shaken in a bowl: we need them for breading rolls.
- We distribute flour and breadcrumbs on plates. The finished roll is rolled from all sides in flour. Then we lower it into the beaten eggs and further on into the bread crumbs. So we do with each meat roll. Thick breading will give the meat a good roast: the juice will remain inside, and on top will be insanely delicious, crispy and ruddy crust.
- When all the rolls are covered with breading, we put them on a dish and we send them to the freezer for 15 minutes - this is a prerequisite.
- We take a large frying pan so that all our rolls are fried at the same time. We put it on the fire and warm it up properly. We pour oil vegetable, and as soon as it boils, we put rolls into it, trying to make it so that the seams are on the bottom: then during the frying they will not turn around and the contents will not fall on the frying pan.
- Fry them from one side to a ruddy crust. After turning over to the other side, reduce the fire to a minimum, cover with a lid and fry them until ready.
- Chicken rolls can be fried not only in a pan: you can bring them to the final feed in the oven. When one side is ready, put them on a baking tray and send it to the oven for 7-8 minutes.
So we prepared a fairly fast, but at the same time very tasty dish. Its delicious taste is simply unforgettable. Especially such a dish will appeal to the strong half: after all, men just love domestic sausage, and our rolls are very much like taste qualities. Agree, chicken rolls according to our recipe are much faster to cook than homemade sausage.
