  1. For cottage cheese, fatty cottage cheese is grinded through a sieve (and this should not be neglected, it is very important that there are no lumps in the curd).
  2. Softened butter is added to the wiped cottage cheese and thoroughly mixed until smooth.
  3. Then add 100 grams of sour cream to the curd and mix again.
  4. Now add a glass of sugar, vanilla sugar and again mix the whole mass thoroughly. Cottage cheese mass for Easter is ready.
  5. From the whole curd mass we separate the third part of the curd and shift it into a separate container.
  6. Dried fruits are soaked in hot water for 20 minutes.
  7. In the third part of the cottage cheese pour the prepared dried fruits and mix.
  8. Then add half a teaspoon of cocoa to the mass with dried fruits and mix.
