  • egg - 1 piece;
  • potatoes - 500 grams;
  • flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • greens - 30 grams;
  • sour cream - 1 tablespoon;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • sunflower oil for frying.

  1. You must first clean the potatoes. Then thoroughly wash it and rub it on a fine grater.
  2. Next you need to grate the onion and squeeze out a clove of garlic. All this mix to a homogeneous mass, add salt and pepper to taste, flour and egg.
  3. Further from the homogeneous mass you will need to dazzle the oval shape of small pancakes. They should not be too thick. Then razorrevaem sunflower oil in a frying pan and put the draniki there.
  4. Fry them over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on both sides. Next, they must be carefully laid out on paper towels, so that there are no residual oil. Then - on a plate, sprinkle with greens from above.
