  1. Cut the files into pieces.
  2. Wash and dry.
  3. Add salt, sprinkle with soda and stir.
  4. Pour lemon juice, sprinkle with starch and mix again.
  5. Leave to rest for 20 minutes.
  6. After that, each piece on all sides dipping into flour and fry until a ruddy crust.
