  1. Cut the fillets into slices. Not large and not finely. Garlic chop with garlic.
  2. Wash gelatin in water for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix the fillets, salt, pepper, garlic and gelatin.
  4. Lay on the food film the resulting mass and wrap it in 10 layers so that it is firm, tie the ends.
  5. Boil the water and put the resulting roll into it, cook for exactly 1 hour.
  6. When it cools, clean it in the refrigerator. All rolls of chicken are ready.
