Amazing meat bread with a filling will surprise not only you, but also all who will try it. Of course: you should cook it - and enjoy a delicious, hearty dish. On the Internet, I met all kinds of recipes with very different fillings. But me and my family are most like with vegetables. Therefore, today we are preparing an unforgettable meat loaf for a very simple and quick recipe. The prepared dish is very juicy, fragrant, nourishing - and unrealistically tender. Rather get down to it!
- meat (I have chicken) - 1 kilogram;
- onion - 3 pieces;
- egg chicken - 1 piece;
- semolina (can be replaced with flour) - 2-3 tablespoons;
- salt - 1-1.5 teaspoons;
- ground black pepper - 0.5 teaspoon;
For bread filling:
- Mexican mixture (frozen) - 300 grams;
- processed cheese - 1 packet (90-100 grams);
- egg chicken - 2 pieces;

- We need to skip meat and onions: you can simultaneously. Then transfer them into one deep bowl. Add salt, pepper and one chicken egg. Wash the mince.
- Add in minced meat 2-3 spoons manga or, if not, replace it with flour. Although the stuffing may not be a dense texture (consistency), but more liquid: then you need to add five tablespoons. After this, mix it thoroughly.
- Now you need to prepare a form for meat bread. As you probably understand, the shape should be deep and resemble a loaf of bread. I have the most common rectangular metal shape, measuring 22 by 12 centimeters. On the bottom and walls I spread a piece of parchment paper, I lubricate it with vegetable oil.
- As an alternative, I can suggest replacing the metal form with disposable foil.
- Now put the stuffing in the form: but not all. Leave about five tablespoons. Then do in the form of a groove. We try to ensure that the meat along the sides is equal in height. See also that at the bottom there was a uniform amount of minced meat.
