Just imagine: a ruddy cheese crust that exudes the aroma of mushrooms, a tender chicken breast, the smell of spices and sweet pepper. - mushrooms champignons - 400 grams;
- cheese - 200 grams;
- chicken fillet - 600 grams;
- tomato - 1 piece;
- sweet pepper - 2 pieces;
- onion - 1 piece;
- butter - 30 grams;
- tomato paste - 1 teaspoon;
- olive oil - 30 milliliters;
- paprika powder - 0.5 teaspoonful;
- salt - to taste;
- curry - 0.5 teaspoon;
- black ground pepper - to taste.

- Clean medium mushrooms cut into two parts, which are larger - four.
- We turn on the plate, put the frying pan on it and warm it up. Take half of our butter and send it to the pan. After him, there, pour olive oil, also half. By the way, if you do not have olive oil, you can easily replace it with any vegetable.
- Champignons are poured into a pan and fry for three minutes, until brownish.
- While mushrooms are fried, chicken breast is cut into medium pieces. We spread it into the frying pan to the mushrooms. All together fry 3-4 minutes.
- When the meat begins to pick up slightly, salt it a little. And leave it to sink for 2-3 minutes: until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Meat and mushrooms are removed from the pan and set aside.
- Now we will prepare vegetables. We put the remaining creamy and olive oil on the pan, warm it to hiss.
- Onions cut into cubes and send it to boiling oil. Fry just one minute.
- Sweet pepper, and in our case it is paprika, cut into small cubes and sent to the onions. That our casserole was more beautiful, I recommend the paprika to take two colors: red and yellow.
- When onions and peppers are fried, back to them lay out the meat and mushrooms. Add tomato paste and spices, stir.
- We cut the tomatoes into cubes and send them to roast the rest of the products. Fry literally a minute, salt to taste and pepper. Once again, everything is mixed.
- If you want the casserole to be more juicy, you can add a little chicken broth to it to cover the vegetables with meat. Cover the lid, let it boil and turn off the stove.
- The contents of the frying pan are transferred into baking molds. It can be one large brazier or small portioned: someone as you like.
